Wow! What an outstanding patient experience. The facility was clean, organized, and spacious. My hygienist Matia was so considerate, explaining as she went how my visit would go. I was impressed by this practice and plan to

I had my first visit with Ford Avenue Family Dentistry yesterday and it was such a pleasant experience! Corinne was very thorough and gentle with my cleaning and even put a “cushion” on the X-ray tip to make the xrays more
bearable. The rest of the staff seemed so friendly as well and the precautions they are taking with COVID really impressed me. A FAFD and I will definitely be recommending all family and friends to this office!

I had what I considered an emergency (strictly cosmetic) and was able to get an appointment for the following day which Dr. Bordlemay was able to fix and I was able to have my beautiful smile back.

Dr. Wallace performed multiple extractions at one time and I experienced a lot less post-op pain that I expected.

This office is the most beautifully decorated dentist office I’ve been to. When you sit down in the dental chair, you face three large windows with an outdoor view of greenery and inside a beautiful bouquet of iris flowers.
It’s a very calming and pleasing feeling. The hygienest who worked with me was so caring and considerate and very personable. She made sure at every step I was comfortable and had whatever I needed, especially since I had
expressed a concern of having sensitive teeth. She put a numbing gel on my teeth and gums so I didn’t experience any pain. Also, she explained every process as we went along so I knew what to expect. When she showed me my
x-rays, she thoroughly went over every issue concerning my teeth and answered all of my questions. When the dentist came in, I felt very prepared when we discussed her treatment plan for me. There are so many more positive
things I could say about this practice, but I highly recommend anyone to go and see for themselves!

This was my first visit to Dr. Wallace’s new office. From the time I walked in, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. My dental hygienist, Linda, was very nice and very thorough. She made me feel very comfortable, as she
did a great job of explaining everything that she was doing. Dr. Wallace is an excellent dentist. My husband and I have seen him for a while now. He is very gentle and very knowledgeable. He truly cares about his patients
and wants to help them.

The staff is always very nice & polite. They always take their time to explain billing, procedures, & anything else pertaining to your appointment.

I am a new resident in Richmond Hill and the only recommendations for dentists were all in Savanah. I wouldn’t believe that there wasn’t a dentist in Richmond Hill that couldn’t attend to my dental needs. After a bit of
research, I thought I would give this practice a try. I went in for a cleaning to test the waters and so grateful I did. From the welcome upon arrival, to the treatment, my expectation was surpassed. Full disclosure, I don’t
have the most normal dental case and have spent many hours in the dentist’s chair. That said, Corinne, the hygienist, was amazingly thorough. Dr Bordlemay was as well, with her exam. I’ve just had my 2nd cleaning with Becky.
She had never seen a case like mine and again, she rose to the occasion and was amazing. As we all know, going to the dentist (even for a cleaning) can be a stressful and this office makes you fell like family apart from
doing an incredible job attending to your needs.

We are new to the area and wanted to establish a new dentist. We decided to give Ford Dentistry a try. When calling to make the appointment and ask about our insurance the front desk was very helpful. Upon arriving they took
the upmost care protecting the patients while checking in. Mataya did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. She made me feel at ease. Dr Wallace came in to follow up and I found
him very personable. I am very relieved to have found our new family dentist!!!

I always enter a dentist office expecting good care and friendly faces. I thought I hit it big when I started going to my last dentist in Texas. But yesterday I had my first initial appointment at Ford Avenue Family
Dentistry and once again I was amazed at how well things went. Mataya came out to greet me and took me in to start my check up and cleaning. Sometimes a new dentist can make you feel a bit uneasy because you just don’t know.
But I’ve got to say, I had one of the nicest experiences yesterday. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating. They made me feel like part of the family and that’s important to establish a good connection with your drs
and their assistants. I had a very nice visit yesterday. It was relaxing and very comfortable. Mataya was awesome! I would absolutely 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good dentist. Dr Wallace was very nice
and up front about anything he thought needed to be done. I look forward to going back.

Ford Avenue Family Dentistry and Dr. Wallace make one of my least favorite tasks, going to the dentist, enjoyable. Everyone is warm and friendly and I enjoy the ability to take advantage of sedation for longer more intensive
appointments.

They exceeded my expectations and were truly professional! They are like a family hometown kind of dentist office which I’ve been accustomed too! I will surely relate this to other for there outstanding care and compassion!

Dr. Copenhaver was my dentist for years until recently. I was nervouse about Dr. Wallace taking over my dental stuff but as it turns out, he is just as wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. He did 2 implants for me (my
K9’s) and they look so incredibly natural. The staff is warm and caring and super cool. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for dental care. Ever.

We recently moved here from Michigan. My Dentist of 25 years is back in Michigan. A coworker referred me to this Dentist. I was very reluctant and nervous to change my Dentist. But I gave it a chance and I am happy I did.
The entire team at this office is wonderful. I feel very comfortable and I am very pleased with the service. My Dental Hygienist is great, she is very thorough and knowledgeable. The Dentist is also great, it takes his time
